When a Realtor calls...

 

I rush to the home, take photos, then create a proposal.  When the proposal is accepted, I begin working.  In this particular case, I had about a month to pre-plan.  In the meantime, walls and cabinetry were being painted, new flooring was being installed.

 

After the flooring was installed I went back to the home to find it was not their proposed color.  Fortunately I had chosen a color that looked great with the new flooring, as well!
