Santa Maria Home on R-3 Lot!
A realtor who uses me often called me up - his associate wants a home staged in Santa Maria! It's a small home, with a couple of very colorful rooms! This stage was to show how large the seemingly small rooms were and to neutralize all the different colors!
When I first walked in there were some really heavy curtains, in darker blue. This added to the small feel of the home.
The realtor purchased a creme colored curtain for the living room front window, I added some creme colored sheers for the side windows. I also added some white sheers for the dining area.
There is a sweet kitchenette with built in hutches, a bar-height two-seat table fit the bill there!
The home is much more inviting as staged, I'm ready to see it fly-off the shelf!
