One of my realtors stages every home.  Whether it's a vacant home stage or an occupied home.

 

This home was in a great neighborhood, in sought-after Orcutt.  It's a 3+2, typical 50's layout, and was in need of some work.  Most prospective buyers would love to come in and put their creative ideas to work, and that's how this home was sold.  BELIEVE ME, IT SOLD FAST, AND ABOVE LISTING PRICE!!!

 

Let's be frank, it needed new carpet, some paint, and a loving family to take over.

 

To divert the homebuyer's eye away from the flaws, it was a great choice to stage!
