A big-name realtor in the AG area, who has used me often asked me to view a home in Pismo, in a great great neighborhood.  This home has a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean and was easily staged!  The realtor requested a 'beachy' theme, as you can imagine why - these are the before/after shots.
