Grover Beach, Beach Theme Stage!  One of my realtors calls me to stage a beach theme stage! I have never staged beach-theme before, but It just so happened I just bought a seatrain full of decor items that were used to decorate several model homes - one of the models was - you guessed it - in a beach theme!  I quickly put together several 'beachy' items and headed over to stage this home - turns out it has a cash offer within a week of my finishing up on this super cute home!
