One of my realtors called on a Thursday and first thing out of her mouth was, 'I'm sorry, I'm not giving you much notice, but how soon can you stage one of my homes? I'd like to put it on the market on Tuesday... I'm painting it today, putting in new carpet Friday, getting it cleaned Sunday - can you stage it Monday?" My answer: YES! It's not a full stage, but I staged a front room, an office, the kitchen, a breakfast room, the master bedroom and all bathrooms! Still, it was a lot of fun! Thanking her again for the opportunity!
