An owner called me one afternoon, asking about staging. Her little cabin was on the market already for several months, with no bites.
She lived two hours from the home she wanted me to stage, so she had me connect with her realtor. Her realtor let me in, and to my surprise, it was a gorgeous lot of acreage (5 acres) with a quaint 'cabin' feel of a small home! A small diamond in the rough! It was re-habbed with new carpet, but the kitchen and bathrooms were in saltillo tile for the flooring, and cobalt blue tiles! The home staged nicely, adding blue where it was needed (bedroom and dining table) and subtracting blue where it was needed (bathroom, kitchen. Just look at the photos, before and after and sketches that I made, while preparing for the stage!
