Buellton Stage!
A realtor who uses me often asked me to view a home in Buellton, in a wonderful neighborhood. This is a beautiful 1-story, with some acreage, and a pool - and they've gone in and replaced all flooring, painted, and updated kitchen and bathrooms - it's gorgeous! Now I've staged it!
It was a pleasure to stage, and it sold before I got a chance to post my photos, I'm taking partial credit for the quick sale, it was such a spacious home it was difficult to imagine furniture placement without staging!
