One of my realtors who has used me on several occasions came to me with a small home, with a view of Morro Rock.  She was in the process of rehabbing this home.  When I first saw it they were still in process of rehabbing.  She gave me warning:  six weeks to finish.  I started putting together a 'small home' beachy themed stage, and this is the result, enjoy!
